Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This onsite, direct hire opportunity is based in Plymouth Meeting, PA and offers the chance to play a vital role in complex litigation matters from case development through trial readiness. The selected candidate will work closely with a dedicated attorney, helping to maintain efficient legal operations while ensuring cases are thoroughly prepared and organized. Success in this position requires strong litigation support experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a detailed, client focused environment.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Paralegal:

• Coordinate litigation support activities throughout the lifecycle of personal injury matters, ensuring case materials are accurate, organized, and readily accessible.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive trial documentation, exhibits, and supporting materials to assist with courtroom proceedings and case strategy.
• Facilitate communication and workflow management between clients, legal professionals, and external parties to support efficient case progression.
• Oversee document management, scheduling, and administrative functions that contribute to effective legal operations and attorney support.
• Ensure deadlines, filings, and case preparation requirements are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

• Minimum of six years of paralegal experience, including substantial recent experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
• Demonstrated background working on the plaintiff side of personal injury cases within a legal environment.
• Proven ability to assemble, organize, and manage trial related materials for hearings, mediations, and courtroom proceedings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to adapt to varying work styles and expectations.
• Experience providing dedicated support to attorneys while managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven setting.
