Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote temporary opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at evaluating workplace compliance programs, identifying areas of risk, and helping organizations strengthen employment related practices. The position offers meaningful collaboration with human resources, legal, and business leaders while providing exposure to enterprise wide compliance initiatives. Successful candidates will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to communicate recommendations to senior decision makers.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:

• Analyze employment related policies, procedures, and operational practices to assess regulatory compliance and organizational risk.
• Conduct detailed compliance reviews and provide actionable recommendations that support adherence to applicable labor and employment requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to address findings, prioritize improvements, and support corrective action efforts.
• Prepare and present risk assessments, audit results, and compliance reports for leadership audiences, including senior management.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and help guide the development of processes that strengthen compliance controls and governance practices.

Qualifications and Skills for the Compliance Analyst:

• Demonstrated experience performing employment, labor, or human resources compliance assessments within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of United States employment regulations, with knowledge of Canadian employment laws or the ability to quickly develop expertise in that area.
• Background supporting large organizations with complex structures and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to evaluate compliance vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and drive resolution of identified issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering findings and recommendations to executive level leadership.
