Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this onsite, temp to hire opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced marketing professionals while supporting a variety of campaigns, events, and digital engagement efforts. The position provides exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including communications, content management, event coordination, and customer engagement. Success in this role will come from strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to managing competing priorities.
Compensation:
$24.00 to $27.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaign execution, digital communications, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
• Coordinate event related marketing efforts, including maintaining project timelines, organizing materials, and collaborating with creative and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain website content and ensure digital information remains accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with audience engagement by helping manage incoming inquiries through online platforms and supporting timely communication efforts.
• Track deliverables, organize marketing assets, and provide administrative support to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree recently completed or equivalent educational background with internship or professional experience in marketing related functions.
• One to two years of marketing experience preferred, including exposure to campaign coordination, communications, or digital marketing activities.
• Working knowledge of content management platforms, email marketing applications, customer relationship management systems, and social media management tools preferred.
• Proficiency with standard business software and creative design applications used to support marketing operations and content development.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment; bilingual skills are a plus.
