Job Title: Inventory Support Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Inventory Support Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Located in Malvern, PA, this Onsite temporary opportunity plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and preparing warehouse operations for critical inventory activities. The position offers hands on experience within a fast paced warehouse environment, working alongside operational teams to improve inventory visibility, organization, and reporting. Individuals who are detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing accuracy focused tasks will be well suited for this role.
Compensation:
$20/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Inventory Support Specialist:

• Support warehouse inventory preparation efforts by conducting detailed stock counts and documenting results with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate the organization, labeling, and identification of stored materials to improve accessibility and counting efficiency throughout warehouse locations.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, verify questionable quantities through recounts, and communicate findings to appropriate operational personnel.
• Maintain inventory records and related documentation while ensuring established counting processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Assist with general warehouse support activities, including identifying storage concerns, reporting damaged or unverified materials, and contributing to inventory readiness initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Inventory Support Specialist:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock management, inventory control, cycle counting, or related material handling environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive counting and verification tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret product identifiers, inventory documentation, labels, and related warehouse records.
• Proven organizational, time management, and independent work skills, along with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds; experience with controlled inventory tracking or warehouse equipment is a plus.
