Job Title: Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is based in Delray Beach, Florida, with an Onsite work arrangement. The specialist will help healthcare providers maintain accurate credentials, secure participation with insurance programs, and resolve enrollment issues that may affect reimbursement or continuity of operations. This position offers meaningful collaboration with providers, insurance organizations, regulatory contacts, and internal partners while drawing on strong analytical, communication, and case management skills.
Compensation:
$65,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist:

• Oversee provider credentialing, insurance participation, and contract enrollment activities from initial submission through final approval.
• Coordinate communication among healthcare providers, insurance organizations, claims processing partners, and regulatory contacts to address documentation needs and enrollment concerns.
• Analyze provider information across multiple platforms, correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate records that meet applicable credentialing and compliance standards.
• Maintain a portfolio of approximately 100 active cases while prioritizing deadlines, monitoring progress, preparing status reports, and escalating complex barriers when needed.
• Guide providers and office staff through enrollment requirements and billing procedures, offering clear support to individuals who may need additional assistance throughout the process.

• At least two years of relevant experience in provider enrollment, insurance participation, healthcare credentialing, or a closely related function.
• Practical experience communicating and working directly with commercial insurance organizations or public healthcare programs.
• Familiarity with provider credentialing databases, Medicare enrollment applications, or national provider identification systems.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, adaptability, and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
• Clear and professional communication skills for supporting physicians and other stakeholders; hospital credentialing experience is acceptable, and no specific degree is required.
