Job Title: Pre-Certification Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pre-Certification Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote, Contract to Hire opportunity is available to candidates residing in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey. The position offers meaningful involvement in healthcare service coordination, frequent interaction with callers, and collaboration with internal partners to help requests move forward accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort managing a high volume workload, and the ability to learn detailed procedures during training.
Compensation:
$23.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities of the Pre-Certification Specialist:

• Support callers by gathering relevant information, addressing routine questions, and providing clear guidance throughout the request process.
• Coordinate pre certification activities according to established procedures taught during training.
• Ensure information is documented accurately and routed to the appropriate resource for timely review.
• Maintain responsive and professional service while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.
• Facilitate efficient daily operations by collaborating with internal contacts and monitoring requests through completion.

Qualifications and Skills for the Pre-Certification Specialist:

• Previous experience handling a high volume of calls in a call center environment is required.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn pre certification procedures, apply detailed instructions, and maintain accuracy in a structured environment.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey and be able to work remotely during the assigned business hours.
• Must be available to begin on October 12 or October 19, with October 12 preferred, and have access to a laptop, monitor, and headset or use equipment provided on loan by CSS.
