Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote, open ended contract opportunity is available to candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones. The position offers hands on involvement in marketing production, visual content development, presentation design, and campaign delivery during a period of growing project activity and annual planning. Success in this role will require strong organization, creative production skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
Compensation:
$24.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:

• Coordinate marketing assignments across each stage of development, review, production, and final distribution.
• Deliver polished visual assets, written content, and presentation materials using common design and office productivity applications.
• Oversee print and direct mail activities by organizing files, tracking deliverables, and supporting accurate production.
• Streamline project workflows by maintaining schedules, monitoring priorities, and communicating status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support increased marketing activity and annual planning efforts by responding to changing needs and helping the team meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:

• Two to four years of experience in marketing coordination, creative production, project support, or a related area is preferred.
• Proficiency with visual design platforms and presentation software, including the ability to create professional marketing materials and slide decks.
• Demonstrated ability to organize production workflows and move multiple projects forward within established timelines.
• Familiarity with print preparation, direct mail coordination, and the delivery of digital and physical marketing assets.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and collaboration skills in a Remote work environment.
