Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Based in Levittown, PA, this Hybrid temporary opportunity will help maintain a consistent flow of clear, engaging communications for employee and external audiences. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to transform business needs into polished written and visual materials for campaigns, announcements, and recurring communications. Success in this role requires strong content development, graphic design, organization, and email campaign management skills.
Compensation:
$40.00 to $45.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Part time, four days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Candidates may work Monday through Thursday, with Monday Remote and Tuesday through Thursday Onsite, or Tuesday through Friday, with Tuesday through Thursday Onsite and Friday Remote.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Specialist:

• Deliver newsletters, announcements, and other communications that keep ongoing marketing activities organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple business areas to develop content and visual assets for organization wide campaigns and employee programs.
• Create audience appropriate materials for employees, business clients, care organizations, residents, and recipients of seasonal communications.
• Oversee email campaign preparation, distribution, and maintenance through a customer relationship management platform.
• Maintain organized editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and project workflows across content planning and social media management tools.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Content Specialist:

• Demonstrated experience developing professional marketing or communications content for both internal and external audiences.
• Required proficiency with Salesforce for managing and distributing email communications.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience organizing content schedules and assignments through platforms such as Hootsuite and Monday.
• Strong writing, editing, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to balance requests from multiple stakeholders.
