Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized nursing positions to support ongoing workforce needs.
- Conduct targeted outreach efforts, including direct candidate engagement, to identify qualified healthcare professionals.
- Partner with recruiting team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize online sourcing platforms, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems to expand candidate networks and improve recruiting efficiency.
- Maintain accurate candidate information while supporting high volume recruitment initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting nursing professionals, with the ability to understand role requirements and engage clinical talent effectively.
- Strong background in candidate sourcing, market research, and direct outreach methods, including cold calling.
- Experience using professional networking platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems to identify and manage candidates.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; experience within a healthcare setting and agency recruiting environment is advantageous.
