Job Title: EHR Application Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a EHR Application Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is located in West Palm Beach, FL and offers a Hybrid work arrangement after an initial Onsite training period of 90 days, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. The specialist will help healthcare professionals use their electronic health record technology effectively by resolving application concerns, improving workflows, and maintaining reliable daily operations. This position offers meaningful interaction with clinical users and business partners while building expertise across healthcare technology, application support, and operational improvement.
Compensation:
$55,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the EHR Application Specialist:

• Deliver first and second level application assistance for healthcare professionals, addressing user access, system setup, workflow, and general functionality concerns.
• Manage incoming application requests within established service expectations while maintaining accurate and thorough case records in a customer relationship management system.
• Analyze recurring incidents and user feedback to uncover patterns, underlying causes, and opportunities to improve application reliability and the user experience.
• Coordinate with training, implementation, billing operations, and other business partners to address issues requiring broader functional expertise.
• Support consistent daily use of electronic health record technology by guiding users through resolutions and contributing insights that strengthen processes and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills for the EHR Application Specialist:

• At least two years of hands on experience supporting and working within a healthcare electronic health record platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic health record workflows, application configuration, user access, and troubleshooting within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to independently organize support requests, meet established response expectations, and document issue details and resolutions accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize recurring issues and investigate potential root causes.
• Effective customer service and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, operational teams, trainers, implementation resources, and other business partners.
