Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, temp to hire opportunity is based in Orlando, FL, with three days in the office and two days Remote each week. The specialist will help shape and execute digital and social media efforts, using creative content and performance insights to strengthen audience engagement and support business goals. This role offers significant collaboration with creative professionals, business partners, agencies, and leadership, along with opportunities to support live events and contribute ideas that improve campaign results.
Compensation:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours, 40 hours per week. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days Remote.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Develop and deliver social media plans across major digital channels, managing editorial schedules, publishing, audience interaction, and timely adjustments based on emerging trends and business needs.
• Create engaging written, visual, and short form video content while coordinating with creative resources, content creators, agencies, and external contacts to maintain consistent messaging and quality.
• Support organic and paid digital initiatives by coordinating campaign materials, audience targeting information, tracking details, social advocacy activities, and other elements needed for successful execution.
• Analyze channel and campaign performance, prepare recurring and campaign specific reporting, recommend improvements based on data, and maintain accurate oversight of social media spending, invoices, and budget records.
• Coordinate social media support for live events, including advance campaign planning, real time content and audience engagement, professional communication with event contacts, and occasional additional marketing projects.

Qualifications and Skills for the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline plus at least four years of professional digital marketing experience, including successful social media strategy for business audiences in B2B, B2C, or professional environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, including current platform practices, content trends, community engagement, and management of professional brand accounts.
• Experience using social publishing and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social or comparable tools, Google Analytics or native channel reporting, and creative applications such as Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to produce short form video for formats such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or comparable editing software, including voice recording; experience supporting social media during live events is also required.
• Strong writing, analytical, presentation, relationship management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and collaborate with senior leaders, agencies, external contacts, and content creators; ability to travel approximately four times annually and occasionally work weekends for events is required. Beauty industry experience is preferred but not required.
