Job Title: Sr. Cinematic Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Cinematic Marketing Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This temporary opportunity is based in Studio City, CA, with a Hybrid work arrangement that includes remote work on Fridays. The position offers hands on involvement in theatrical marketing campaigns, cinema promotions, partnership development, and performance analysis within a collaborative entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership, presentation, analytical, and relationship management skills to help coordinate complex campaigns from planning through completion.

$40.00–$50.00/hour

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Cinematic Marketing Specialist:

• Oversee multiple theatrical marketing initiatives, maintaining campaign schedules, deliverables, budgets, asset coordination, and stakeholder communication to keep work accurate and on schedule.
• Coordinate with cinema operators and other external partners to develop promotional opportunities, present campaign concepts, negotiate marketing support, and execute programs that strengthen audience engagement.
• Facilitate collaboration across creative, publicity, brand marketing, digital, experiential, and global stakeholders, translating meetings and campaign discussions into clear priorities, action items, and status updates.
• Deliver polished campaign presentations, planning materials, reports, and tracking resources while coordinating marketing assets and regional workflows across domestic and international initiatives.
• Analyze campaign results, box office performance, trailer activity, audience impressions, placement costs, and historical trends to evaluate effectiveness, verify reporting accuracy, and guide future promotional and placement decisions.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Cinematic Marketing Specialist:

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in theatrical, cinema, entertainment, or closely related marketing environments and understand the cinema exhibition landscape.
• Advanced presentation development skills using Keynote and PowerPoint, including significant experience turning campaign information, strategy, and performance insights into clear visual storytelling and stakeholder presentations.
• Advanced Excel capabilities plus experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, MovieMeasure, or comparable reporting technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience negotiating marketing support with internal and external stakeholders, along with demonstrated strengths in communication, relationship management, organization, and collaborative problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage a large volume of concurrent projects while applying sound analytical judgment, maintaining detailed and accurate reporting, resolving obstacles proactively, and coordinating priorities across multiple stakeholders and regions.
