Job Title: CRE Transactional Paralegal
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a CRE Transactional Paralegal to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is based in Ewing, NJ and offers an Onsite work arrangement supporting a busy legal practice with a substantial volume of commercial real estate and financing transactions. The role provides hands on involvement throughout the transaction and closing process while partnering closely with legal professionals to keep complex matters organized, accurate, and moving forward. Success will require strong transactional judgment, initiative, adaptability, and the confidence to independently manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.
Compensation:
$40.00–$45.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; 1 hour meal break; 35 hour workweek
Key Responsibilities of the CRE Transactional Paralegal:

• Coordinate commercial real estate and financing matters throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping attorneys advance files efficiently from initial assignment through closing.
• Oversee closing preparation and related documentation while maintaining accuracy, organization, and responsiveness across a substantial monthly transaction volume.
• Facilitate communication and follow through on outstanding transaction requirements, deadlines, documentation, and other details needed to keep matters progressing.
• Maintain ownership of assigned work by independently identifying next steps, resolving routine issues, and adapting quickly as priorities and closing schedules change.
• Support attorneys in a fast moving legal environment by delivering timely, organized work with limited day to day supervision.

Qualifications and Skills for the CRE Transactional Paralegal:

• Previous paralegal experience within a law firm is required, with demonstrated exposure to transactional legal work.
• Strong background supporting banking, financing, and transaction related matters, with the practical knowledge needed to contribute with limited ramp up.
• Experience managing a significant caseload or closing volume, with the organizational skills to balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, research solutions, and move assignments forward without extensive direction.
• Confident and adaptable communication style, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a direct, deadline driven legal setting handling approximately 30–50 closings per month.
