Job Title: Instructional Designer
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Greater Philadelphia opportunity is a Remote, Temporary position focused on transforming source material into clear, engaging learning experiences for a broad internal audience. The role offers meaningful collaboration across business functions while creating polished learning content that balances accuracy, accessibility, and visual appeal. Success will come from strong instructional design expertise, careful attention to detail, and the ability to translate varied content needs into effective training materials.
Compensation:
$35.00–$47.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Instructional Designer:

• Deliver effective learning materials by translating provided subject matter into well structured instructional experiences for varied audiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business functions to understand learning needs, gather input, and incorporate feedback into final materials.
• Develop and refine digital training content ranging from straightforward informational resources to visually polished and branded learning experiences.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, clear, consistent, and carefully reviewed for content errors, typographical issues, and overall quality.
• Maintain and update existing learning resources as organizational needs, policies, and source content evolve.

Qualifications and Skills for the Instructional Designer:

• Demonstrated experience applying instructional design principles to the development and improvement of professional learning content.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to create clear, visually engaging presentations.
• Hands on experience using Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline to develop digital learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and quality review skills, with particular attention to written accuracy, content integrity, and presentation details.
• Ability to manage both basic and more complex design requests while collaborating across functions; prior experience supporting healthcare or another regulated environment is beneficial but not required.
