Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This temp to hire opportunity is based Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, or Houston, Texas. The position offers hands on involvement in customer account support, order coordination, issue resolution, and daily sales operations within a collaborative service environment. Success in this role requires strong communication, efficient system navigation, careful documentation, and the ability to manage a fast paced workload.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Deliver responsive assistance through inbound phone and email channels, addressing questions related to accounts, available offerings, purchases, and service needs.
• Coordinate order entry and fulfillment activities while maintaining clear, accurate customer records and transaction details.
• Resolve routine concerns and elevated service matters by researching issues, communicating solutions, and following requests through completion.
• Manage a substantial daily contact volume, including approximately 120 to 125 calls during phone assignments, while meeting established daily and monthly performance measures.
• Navigate several business applications, including phone software, inventory and sales platforms, delivery tracking tools, and shared email accounts, to support efficient customer service.

• Previous customer facing experience and a work history that demonstrates dependable, sustained employment are required; call center experience is acceptable.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications quickly, move between multiple systems, and document information accurately is required.
• Effective communication, organization, problem solving, and multitasking abilities are essential for handling a demanding service workload.
• Experience involving automotive products, transportation, vehicle repair, dealership parts, distribution, wholesale operations, or order entry is beneficial but not required; familiarity with cars or vehicle components is also helpful.
• Spanish language skills are preferred, and candidates must be able to complete a standard background review and four panel drug screening.
