Job Title: Trade Safety Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Trade Safety Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Direct Hire opportunity is based in Malvern, PA and offers an Onsite work arrangement, with responsibility for helping maintain safe practices across field operations and active work locations. The position combines safety program coordination, site assessments, employee guidance, and operational support, providing meaningful exposure to both field and office activities. Candidates who bring sound judgment, initiative, leadership skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities will be well positioned to contribute.
Compensation:
$60,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Trade Safety Specialist:

• Coordinate workplace safety activities across office and field operations, helping ensure employees have appropriate guidance, resources, and protective equipment.
• Conduct visits to active work locations to review working conditions, identify potential concerns, and reinforce established safety practices.
• Develop and maintain practical safety documentation that supports field activities and promotes consistent procedures across operations.
• Facilitate safety related onboarding and ongoing reviews for employees, helping strengthen awareness and adherence to workplace requirements.
• Support day to day operational safety needs, including equipment purchasing and coordination with field personnel, while contributing to effective management of changing priorities.

Qualifications and Skills for the Trade Safety Specialist:

• Bring 2 to 5 years of professional experience supporting workplace safety, regulatory compliance, or related functions, with OSHA based experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate the independence, sound decision making, and leadership ability needed to manage responsibilities with limited oversight.
• Offer experience within commercial trades or a field based service organization; backgrounds centered primarily on manufacturing are less aligned with this position.
• Possess strong organizational skills and the flexibility to balance multiple assignments, shifting field requirements, and administrative responsibilities; fleet management exposure is an advantage.
• Be comfortable performing light physical activity during site visits, including safely using ladders when required to evaluate work environments.
