Job Title: HR Director
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a HR Director to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Based in Malvern, PA, this Direct Hire, Onsite opportunity will lead core human resources functions while guiding a team that supports employees across multiple locations. The position offers meaningful involvement in organizational growth, business integration activities, and evolving people operations within a private equity environment. Success will require an experienced HR leader who can balance strategic priorities with hands on execution, strong organization, and an engaging leadership style.
Compensation:
$125,000 to $150,000 per year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours; Onsite
Key Responsibilities of the HR Director:

• Oversee day to day human resources operations while providing direction and support to a team of approximately four to five professionals across payroll, benefits, employee support, and HR administration.
• Guide people related activities associated with acquisitions, organizational expansion, and business integrations in a private equity backed growth environment.
• Ensure HR programs and processes effectively support employees and business leaders across multiple geographic locations.
• Facilitate collaboration across the HR function by establishing priorities, strengthening processes, and helping team members navigate changing business needs.
• Coordinate a broad range of strategic and operational HR priorities while maintaining the flexibility to address emerging needs and participate in quarterly business travel, including periodic travel to Texas.

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Director:

• 7 to 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including 3 to 5 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions within a private equity environment, including HR considerations associated with business growth and integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building abilities with the capacity to engage effectively with employees, HR professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the adaptability, initiative, and energy to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel approximately quarterly, including occasional trips to Texas; professional HR certifications are beneficial but not required.
