Job Title: Foreclosure Paralegal

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal to join our client to support the efficient management and progression of Pennsylvania mortgage foreclosure matters. This direct hire opportunity is based in Yardley, PA and offers an onsite work arrangement for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. The Foreclosure Paralegal will partner closely with attorneys and external stakeholders to prepare legal documentation, maintain accurate case information, and help move matters forward from initial referral through resolution.

Compensation:
$27–$35/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Foreclosure Paralegal:

• Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of Pennsylvania mortgage foreclosure matters, helping ensure cases progress accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and organize legal filings, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and other documentation required throughout the foreclosure process.
• Oversee case administration by maintaining organized files, tracking critical dates and court requirements, and keeping case statuses current.
• Review loan, default, and supporting case materials to identify missing information or discrepancies before matters advance.
• Coordinate case-related activity among attorneys, mortgage lenders and servicers, courts, vendors, and other involved parties to keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records within legal and mortgage-default technology platforms while assisting with electronic filings and other case-processing activities.

Qualifications and Skills for the Foreclosure Paralegal:

• Previous hands-on experience supporting Pennsylvania mortgage foreclosure matters, with lender-side representation experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare foreclosure-related legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Working knowledge of TEMPO and LPS Desktop/LoanSphere mortgage-default management platforms; related Black Knight or LoanSphere experience may also be applicable.
• Familiarity with NetDocuments and/or Perfect Practice is highly desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational and deadline-management abilities, with the attention to detail needed to manage documentation and multiple active matters effectively.
