Job Title: Marketing Solutions Consultant
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Solutions Consultant to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid position is available to candidates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware and is a Contract to Hire opportunity with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. The consultant will shape sophisticated business information into polished marketing communications, presentations, and campaigns that support customer engagement and commercial objectives. This opportunity offers meaningful collaboration with sales, product, operations, analytics, creative, and other business partners while managing visible marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.
Compensation:
Up to $45.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours; Hybrid with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Solutions Consultant:

• Develop integrated business marketing communications that increase understanding of products, services, capabilities, and organizational priorities across customer and prospect audiences.
• Transform detailed technical, operational, and performance information into concise narratives, presentations, articles, digital content, sales materials, and other audience appropriate resources.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives from initial planning through completion, establishing messaging approaches, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while balancing multiple concurrent priorities.
• Facilitate collaboration among sales, product, clinical, operations, analytics, creative, and other subject matter partners to produce accurate, cohesive materials that support customer engagement, retention, and growth.
• Guide the visual presentation of complex concepts by applying sound principles for page design, typography, color, information hierarchy, graphics, and data visualization in partnership with creative resources.

Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Solutions Consultant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, along with at least five years of relevant professional experience creating both written and visual business marketing content.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and strong capabilities with Microsoft Word and Outlook, complemented by practical knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and the ability to present data and complex ideas visually.
• Demonstrated success producing customer materials, product communications, presentations, campaigns, and sales support resources, with strong writing, verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience within health insurance, healthcare, employee benefits, or another information intensive business to business environment is preferred; familiarity with employer sponsored benefit models, including self funded and fully insured arrangements, is especially valuable.
• Ability to manage competing assignments in a collaborative, fast paced setting and convert complicated subject matter into clear messaging for varied audiences; candidates must submit work samples or a portfolio with the portfolio link directly beneath their name on the resume and must have suitable computer equipment or use an available CSS loaned laptop.
