Job Title: Auto Repossession Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Auto Repossession Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This temporary opportunity is based in Exton, PA and offers an Onsite work arrangement, with a focus on supporting automobile asset recovery activities within a financial services environment. The Mortgage Closer will coordinate recovery processes, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with external service providers, and help ensure required notices and administrative activities are completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited for an organized professional with experience in automobile repossession processes who can manage detailed work, competing priorities, and sensitive financial information.

$25/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Auto Repossession Specialist:

• Coordinate automobile recovery activity from initial assignment through vehicle recovery, including managing status changes, cancellations, escalations, and additional location efforts when needed.
• Ensure required consumer communications, recovery notices, sale documentation, and related records are prepared and processed accurately within applicable timelines.
• Maintain communication with third party recovery and vehicle location service providers, monitor progress, review activity updates, and support effective resolution of outstanding assignments.
• Oversee administrative activities related to recovered vehicles, including title filing, invoice processing, impound documentation, vehicle sales, redemptions, and internal reporting.
• Provide additional operational support across the asset recovery function by maintaining accurate records, assisting with workflow needs, and completing administrative responsibilities during periods of increased volume or coverage needs.

Qualifications and Skills for the Auto Repossession Specialist:

• Three or more years of experience supporting automobile repossession processing and related legal or regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Previous experience working with vehicle recovery agencies, skip tracing providers, collateral protection services, or similar third party partners is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and experience navigating financial services, collections, recovery, or comparable account management systems.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work professionally with consumers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
