Our client in Harleysville, PA is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk professional to join the team. This is a 3 month contract to hire opportunity.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of help desk experience.
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate with employees on recommended actions for problem resolution.
- A strong understanding of software/network (mostly Windows) configuration, support and troubleshooting as it relates to the installation and support of the software and the environments that the software resides on.
- Experience understanding and supporting proprietary software residing on Windows and other end-user operating systems.
- Experience support Office 365 applications and user management.
