Contact Center Representative -- Fully Remote!
Experienced Contact Center Representatives are needed to join our client for a direct-hire, remote position! As the Contact Center Rep, you will be primarily be responsible for delivering best in class service to customers while maintaining a high level of integrity. This position offers $20/hr + commission!
Requirements of the Contact Center Rep Include:
- Answering inbound questions
- Ordering support via a live chat tool.
- Driving inbound sales
- Delivering an incredible customer experience
Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Contact Center Rep Include:
- 2-3 years in Customer Service
- 2 Years of Sales Experience
- Previous experience in Automotive parts preferred
- Owns own equipment to use for position
- Ability to work nonstandard shifts
- Excellent communication skills
