Responsibilities of the Credit Manager Include:
Lead and manage a team of four AR specialists, providing training, guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
Manage accounts receivable functions, including customer invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Handle credit assessments, monitor credit limits, and negotiate payment terms for customers.
Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments, including checks, ACH payments, and credit cards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities:
Investigate the delivery and licensing status of vehicles at courtesy delivery dealerships nationwide.
Manage the recall and reprinting of essential paperwork, including MSOs, for vehicles acquired from dealer stock, as well as for driver, dealer, or licensing party modifications.
Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders, such as Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain, by promptly notifying them of any delays that might impact successful vehicle delivery, along with expected timelines.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in the status system by adding timely, clear, and concise notes.
Serve as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with the team on projects to meet or exceed delivery deadlines.
Qualifications:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
Prior experience working with vendors is advantageous.
