Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client to help drive creative and data-driven social and paid media strategies across multiple global markets. This role will play a key part in developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and ROI for a leading animal health brand. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to blend creativity with analytics to deliver impactful digital campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple channels. This is a contract role based onsite in Boston, MA, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.
Compensation:
$32/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
Lead Social & Paid Media Campaigns
Develop and manage integrated social and paid media strategies that align with brand objectives across global markets, ensuring consistency, performance, and high engagement across all channels.
Create Engaging, Multi-Format Content
Design and produce multimedia content—including video, graphics, and copy—that enhances audience engagement and brand visibility, adapting creative assets for platform-specific best practices.
Oversee Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across social, search, and display channels, managing budgets, monitoring analytics, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and audience reach.
Manage Community & Channel Performance
Own the daily publishing and engagement strategy across organic and paid channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice, fostering community interaction, and staying current on platform trends and updates.
Analyze & Report Performance Metrics
Track and evaluate campaign performance through data analytics tools, producing actionable insights and reports that inform strategic improvements and marketing decisions.
Qualifications and Skills for the Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
4–6 years of experience in social media, paid advertising, or digital campaign management, ideally within a B2B environment.
Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across social, search, and display channels.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related performance tracking tools.
Strong understanding of content creation, including video, photography, and graphic design, with familiarity using native social platform tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy adjustments for improved engagement and ROI.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, project management skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
