We are looking for an experienced pricing professional to join our client in Washington, DC! As the Director of Pricing, you will primarily be responsible for collaborating with client contacts, procurement teams, and other client relationships to support various financial projects while accomplishing these and other critical functions. This exciting hybrid, Direct-Hire opportunity offers a salary range of $159,000-$250,000/year based on experience!
Responsibilities of the Pricing Director include:

Develop, lead, and drive a robust approach and framework for the Firm’s strategic pricing and matter budgeting practices/methodologies

Lead and advise on fee analysis, structure, and agreement on the Firm’s largest and most important client relationships and matter arrangements

Develop economic models to assess the profitability of new business proposals and lead the development of creative, workable pricing solutions in response to client pricing demands, including AFAs

Provide thought leadership, expertise, and coaching to attorneys involved with pricing

Proactively provide business interpretation and analysis of data to firm management, and make recommendations for organizational and operational improvements

Manage and monitor pricing trends and lead various projects in relation to client profitability and pricing initiatives; respond to ad-hoc requests for client pricing support
Qualifications of the Pricing Director include:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, finance, or a closely related field or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred

Minimum of ten (10) years in-depth knowledge of pricing, financial modeling, and/or financial consulting

Five (5) years of supervisory/people management experience

Big Four experience a plus
