Digital Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid)



A creative job-seeker is needed for the hybrid Digital Marketing Coordinator position with our client in Washington, DC! As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the research and implementation of digital marketing strategies and, the day-to-day management of the firm's social media channels. This direct-hire opportunity offers $56k-$78k annually



Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator Include:


  • Working with Marketing & Communications to create event marketing campaigns that include drafting and publishing website and social media content

  • Developing project plans, content calendars, meeting agendas, and recap notes

  • Assisting in organizing podcasts and videos and works with teams to create content and publishing to reach our target audience

  • Managing and reviewing the digital marketing request mailbox and approved web requests

  • Managing different social media channels 

  • Creating social media campaigns for press releases and thought leadership via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter

  • Measuring and analyzing digital program, website, and social media performance including conversion rates using Google Analytics and other marketing analytic tools

  • Preparing data-driven reports

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Digital Marketing Coordinator Include:


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and integrated marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Experience working with multimedia content and paid social media campaigns are preferred

  • Experience in professional/consulting services and/or legal field preferred

  • Strong combination of creative talent and excellent project management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • Extremely flexible, agile, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities

  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MS-Office products and social media tools LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
