Digital Marketing Manager (HYBRID) - Direct Hire



Our client is looking for a creative job-seeker for the Digital Marketing Manager position in Bensalem, PA! As the Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This Direct-Hire Hybrid role offers $80-85k per year!



Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager Include:



  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. 

  • Create digital advertising assets (banner ads, etc.) and messaging to maintain alignment with brand standards.

  • Build, plan, implement and report digital marketing strategy to optimize spending and achieve tangible results across multiple channels, including email marketing, paid search, SEO, SEM, display, paid social media, big data, and external vendor leads. 

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to provide keyword recommendations, audience targets, and measurement criteria to improve search engine optimization.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce CRM administrator to develop and manage lead generation programs. Ensure optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process.

  • Create digital advertising assets (banner ads, etc.) and messaging to maintain alignment with brand standards.

  • Provide measurement tracking criteria/KPIs and reporting for all digital efforts to translate campaign data and provide analysis and reasoning for performance trends and future recommendations to improve return on investment efficiency. 

  • Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies and investigate benchmarks to provide suggestions for improvement. 

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Oversees Graphic/Web Designer.


Required Qualifications :
Requirements:



  • 3-5+ years experience in digital marketing and advertising, preferably in a strategic/leadership-oriented role

  • Bachelors Degree required in Marketing or related field

  • Deep understanding of components of Digital Marketing Programs: Audiences, Platforms (Facebook, Google, Programmatic), Creative and Measurement. 


  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, with hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google & Bing AdWords, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, CMS, CRM software, and social media monitoring tools.




  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.




  • Portfolio or website with sample projects required.
