Customer Success Agents (Call Center) -#107198
Multiple friendly and personable Customer Success Agents are needed to join our client in Fishers, IN! As the Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner, placing outbound follow-up calls to customers, and completing basic data entry tasks into the company's computer system. This DIRECT HIRE opportunity offers $16.50 an hour and will begin remotely!
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls
- Responding to customer requests within established timelines in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver quality service to customers.
- Assuring all regulatory requirements are met concerning customer interaction by explaining policies and procedures courteously and patiently.
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer’s information.
- Providing information and knowledgeable assistance regarding mortgage loans by retrieving loan information and providing customers their information quickly and efficiently.
- Building customer relationships by actively listening and resolving complaints quickly, efficiently and accurately.
- Providing written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed.
- 1-2 years of Call Center experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in the Mortgage or Collections preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work a scheduled shift between the hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
- Ability to work 1 Saturday per month
- Ability to work remotely
