Office Administrator 


A reliable, professional, and friendly job-seeker is needed for a position in Morristown, NJ! As the Office Administrator, you’ll welcome and greet  guests, and coordinate supply orders, office events, mail distribution, etc. This position offers $15 an hour.


Responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:



  • Answer multi-line phone system, determine purpose of call and transfer to the appropriate personnel

  • Enthusiastically and professionally welcome and direct visitors to the company; notify appropriate employee upon arrival

  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of reception and kitchen areas, conference room, and supply closet

  • Enroll/Change/Terminate employees as requests are received

  • Stuffing envelopes for C/E (Continuing Education) as needed

  • Other assignments or projects supporting internal departments

  • Monitoring and ordering supplies for the office

  • Manage vendor relationships with Pitney Bowes, Premiere Office Supplies, EOS, and others

  • Assist Education department with set up for classroom (obtain serving cart and prepare for guests)

  • Sort and distribute mail to appropriate employees’ and/or departments’ mailboxes in mailroom

  • Ship letters/packages as requested by internal staff

  • Update postage machine from pre-paid account

Required Qualifications :

Requirements of the Office Administrator:



  • 5 years of prior administrative/reception office experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to operate and manage a multi-line phone system

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
