Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their digital operations. This hybrid, temporary position based in Yardley, PA focuses on managing web presence, executing digital campaigns, and delivering impactful user experiences across web and social media platforms.
Compensation:
$38–$42/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Associate:
Manage and update websites through CMS platforms, including layout design, template creation, and asset updates
Develop and implement page wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and sitemaps
Maintain accurate and up-to-date content across all digital platforms
Build and execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools; conduct A/B testing and ensure quality control
Lead social media strategy execution, content integration, and customer engagement
Implement web analytics tags and tracking for performance measurement
Produce analytic reports on website, email, and social media performance
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0)
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, and marketing teams
Contribute to user experience development and customer journey mapping
Create and maintain documentation for digital processes and procedures
Stay current with digital trends and recommend innovative strategies
Qualifications and Skills for the Digital Marketing Associate:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5–8 years in web design, digital marketing, or social media management
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Proficiency with UX/UI design principles, prototyping tools, and custom plugins/themes
Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and responsive design best practices
Excellent proofreading and self-QA skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating in cross-functional environments
