Change Analyst #101703
An experienced Change Analyst is needed in Malvern, PA! to help with a Global SAP implementation. This is a contract role, expected to last 6 months, and pay is $48 an hour!
Responsibilities of the Change Analyst include:
- Using deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to understand business and technical issues and impacts regarding proposed change. Analysis involves the understanding of causes and effects.
- Using the knowledge gained from analysis to make recommendations or resolutions.

Requirements of the Change Analyst include:
Someone very intrinsically motivated and can work with various levels of professionals
Knowledge of change methodologies (ideally SAP, ProSci) implementation best practices
Advanced Excel skills (Large data management sets, Pivots, Graphs, etc)
Experience in presenting communication in various forms (PPTS, video meetings, etc)
Experience planning and managing business projects
4+ years of change management, or IT experience in a large corporation
Must have very strong communication and leadership skills
