Corporate Trainer

A Corporate Trainer is currently needed for a position in West Palm Beach, FL! As a Corporate Trainer you will be responsible for executing the training and education programs and processes for the business! This position is paying up to $43 an hour!


Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer include:



  • Creating new hire inductions; including classroom, operations, compliance, sales, and technology training!

  • Creating online trainings

  • Monitoring and evaluating training programs, maintaining training manuals

  • Using technology to create training efficiencies and tracking participates

  • Traveling occasionally to train locations

  • Guiding and mentoring new employees assisting them with hitting goals for quality metrics

  • Maintaining all certification records for new hires

  • Analyzing defects and trends and reviewing/making suggestions for training improvements

  • Conducting monthly training interventions

  • Participating in biweekly calls with internal departments

  • Publishing reports to leadership

  • Increasing competency and productivity of experience Loan Officers through group and individual trainings

  • Assisting with training efforts regarding licensing of inexperienced and unlicensed new LO hires focusing on Mortgage 101, successful loan origination, Service Excellence etc 


Required Qualifications :


  • Minimum of 3 years of training or education experience

  • Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience

  • Proficient in 1 on 1 and group coaching and training

  • Proficiency in working collaboratively with leaders in various departments to provide support while not managing team members

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manage priorities

  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Power Point and online training software applications

  • Ability to leverage technology to increase efficiencies and cost savings

  • Must possess good judgment, leadership and business skills

  • Ability to be a creative, flexible and innovative team player

  • Ability to travel to other sites to conduct onsite training sessions as well as conduct trainings through the remote mode like Skype/Over the Phone
