Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
• Deliver proactive executive-level support to the CFO and finance leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics for multiple leaders.
• Prepare, track, and process invoices, expense reports, and related documentation using Oracle systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries to support business decision-making.
• Support event planning, meeting coordination, and special projects as assigned.
• Serve as a point of contact for leadership, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications and Skills for the Executive Assistant:
• 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably to C-Suite leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle is required, and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Strong skills in Adobe, including editing PDFs.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with calendar management and event planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
