Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Salesforce Account Executive to join our Salesforce team. The SaaS Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with new Salesforce clients while proactively engaging with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction/retention. This role requires a combination of drive, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and close deals. The ideal candidate possesses a history of bringing on new business, hitting sales quotas, and enjoying the challenges of the fast-paced staffing industry.


 


Salesforce Account Executive responsibilities include:



  • Creating detailed 30-60-90-day plan to support a strategic Salesforce staffing sales initiative

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from identifying potential leads to filling both direct hire and contract roles

  • Developing relationships with Salesforce hiring managers through networking, referrals, and participation in professional associations and trade shows

  • Developing individual communication plans for prospective clients to obtain and close staffing agreements

  • Building and identifying new Salesforce client contacts within existing accounts to enhance account penetration

  • Building strong relationships with internal recruiting team to provide exceptional candidates to clients

  • Developing business acumen regarding market conditions to maintain and exceed assigned gross margin quotas as well as provide insights for clients

  • Becoming the subject matter expert on Salesforce including the technical skills, vocabulary, and requirements specific to Salesforce positions

  • Meeting and exceeding minimum weekly requirements for phone calls, cold calls, and meetings to create a sales funnel and exceed monthly and annual quotas

  • Documenting sales activity using Salesforce to drive performance

  • Identifying and promoting cross-selling opportunities for other CSS divisions

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications :

Salesforce Account Executive Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proven experience as an account executive, or other sales role; ideally selling services

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

  • Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work assignments while managing multiple priorities

  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to achieve results
