Customer Service Representative

If you are outgoing, upbeat, and have great communication skills, you may be the perfect candidate for this position! A Customer Service Representative is currently needed for an entry-level role in Wayne, PA! As the Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for helping company clients with their insurance. This temporary-to-hire position offers $15 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  •      Answering inbound phone calls (approximately 80 calls a day).

  •      Providing health insurance information to clients. 

  •      Completing a 4-week training period.

  •      Working one of these shifts Monday through Friday: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, or 12pm to 8pm.

  •      Having a great personality!

Required Qualifications :

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous customer service/call center experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Medical/health insurance background a plus

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) Plus!

  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation (not public transport accessible)
