Senior Compensation Analyst
Our client is seeking an individual with financial experience for the hybrid Senior Compensation Analyst position in this remote role based in Philadelphia, PA! As a Senior Compensation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and administer the company's compensation programs. This temporary to possible hire position offers $120-130k per year!
Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst Include:
- Advising managers on making effective pay decisions that support Associate engagement and reflect the compensation philosophy and budgetary guidelines
- Conducting job evaluations, by reviewing and ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date, conducting desk audits, determining FLSA status, analyzing market data and internal comparisons
- Analyzing, designing and administering salary administration, incentive and stock award programs
- Assisting with the administration of various annual processes including incentive, merit and equity
- Conducting Equal Pay and Targeted Salary analyses
- Administering and/or supporting various Corporate-level programs, such as annual market analysis, starting salary recommendations for new hires, and career progression trends.
- Serving as project manager and advisor on compensation projects by researching, organizing and analyzing data as well as presenting findings and recommendations
- Working with HRIS, Benefits, Payroll and HRBPs to provide guidance from a compensation perspective
- Analyzing, recommending and implementing processes in support of consistent and equitable application of compensation guidelines.
- Ensuring pay practices are fiscally responsible, competitive and pay for performance driven
- Auditing various plans, policies, procedures, systems and processes associated with compensation, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Researching emerging compensation issues; proposing recommendations to enhance current or create new compensation programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Senior Compensation Analyst Includes:
3+ years experience as a Compensation Analyst, preferably in the Mortgage or Financial Service industry.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred
Expert Excel skills
Experience supporting a re-organization process
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a plus
