Our client located in Marlton, NJ is looking for multiple empathetic leaders that are detail-oriented, organized, and communication-driven to serve as Customer Service Supervisors and oversee agents while managing daily operations in their call center. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing call center agents, directing internal meetings and coaching sessions, and ensuring efficient and comprehensive service to all customers through incoming and outgoing calls. These are full-time, direct-hire, in-office positions that offer a starting annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000 with the ability to earn bonuses and promotions, in Marlton, New Jersey.



  • Monitoring and overseeing call center agents as they take calls from customers and ensuring they are thoroughly fulfilling all customer requests under strict timelines.

  • Building, leading, and directing teams and internal meetings and coaching sessions to guide call center agents and other team members.

  • Overseeing members’ website experiences.

  • Identifying and analyzing issues, strengths, or needs within your team and offering feedback and solutions to internal issues to help lead the team towards predetermined goals.

  • Acting as a liaison between team members and customers.

  • Ensuring a positive, goal-oriented work environment and portraying strong leadership skills both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications :


  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a 2-year university/college, and/or at least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Experience in a call center required

  • Experience in the Mortgage/Finance and Insurance industries a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills and has a problem-solver way of thinking

  • Ability to manage a team and daily operations within a call center to ensure positive workflow and achieve predetermined goals and milestones

  • Must be available to work full-time scheduled shifts Monday - Friday between 1 PM and 10 PM EST

  • Ability to work one Saturday per month from 9 AM - 6 PM EST

  • Must be local to Marlton, NJ
