Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Production Deadlines: Ensure the timely completion of production tasks in accordance with departmental service level agreements, including transit item shipments, file extract releases, statement processing, and exception file management.
Data Processing: Process various transactions, including checks, cash handling, checking and savings account transactions, deposit and withdrawal tickets, and miscellaneous items sent for proofing through the VisionIP system.
Reconciliation: Independently address out-of-balance conditions with minimal supervision, and prepare and document customer correction documents.
Balancing Operations: Perform reject key entry and balance to reconcile necessary totals for both branch and xPress Deposit processes.
Quality Control: Execute quality control checks on incoming work to ensure accurate and efficient capture of transaction documents.
Preparation for Processing: Prepare reader/sorter and work for processing across various run types, such as Unclearing, POD, Loans, and represented work.
Imaging Work: Process all types of runs (Unclearing, POD, ATM, Loans, etc.) through imaging workstations, including balancing, extracting to the core processor, and validation.
Clearing House Operations: Prepare clearing house settlement and outgoing transit work, as well as cash letters.
Equipment Operation: Operate NCR 7766 proof machine for encoding work and re-imaging problem items and batches using an imaging workstation scanner as required.
Branch Assistance: Assist branches with inquiries and act as a liaison to Adjustments and POD Settlement to resolve issues stemming from item processing output.
