Administrative Assistant



Our client is looking for a diligent job-seeker for the Administrative Assistant position in Philadelphia, PA! As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing ACH transaction and Wire Transfers in a timely and accurate manner while providing excellent customer service to customers and internal staff. This temporary position offers $21-$28/ HR!



Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant Include:


  • Deliver Fanatic Customer Service

  • Prepare all forms of correspondence and communication (internal and external)

  • Ensure copy of materials are retained and filed accordingly

  • Accurately prepare line of credit advances, funds transfers and wires as necessary

  • Clear documentation exceptions, with Relationship Manager’s assistance, when necessary

  • Order credit reports and property searches as instructed by Relationship Managers

  • Prepare annual loan reviews for Relationship Managers

  • Contact customers regarding action on overdrawn or delinquent accounts

  • Provide accurate and timely customer service

  • Maintain accurate credit files; ensure complete and thorough files that adhere to the Commercial Support Staff Procedures Manual

  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, BSA/AML, GLB/Privacy, Ethics for Bankers, and Pretext Calling and Identity Theft

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned



Required Qualifications :
Requirement of the Administrative Assistant Include:




  • 5 more years in a financial service environment or related field, administrative role 

  • Two-five years administrative experience; banking and/or lending experience helpful

  • High school diploma; associates or secondary education a plus

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

  • Proven interpersonal and Customer Service skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize accordingly, and remain organized

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure manner
