Develops and creates a wide range of written materials, contributing substantively and strategically to projects.

Interviews subject-matter experts to produce engaging content for legal and business audiences.

Determines substance and organization of materials and projects, including researching and analyzing relevant information, often distilling complex subjects.

Establishes deadlines and project manages to ensure they are met.

Acts as the editorial adviser on multiplatform marketing projects, consulting with creative, brand, and digital marketing to develop editorial content.

Ensures editorial guidelines are adhered to across all firm communication channels

Bachelor’s degree public relations, English, marketing, journalism, communications, or related discipline and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.

Experience in editing, writing, publishing, journalism, professional/consulting services, and/or legal field preferred.

Strong writer with attention to detail and ability to draft and synthesize content into compelling messaging.

Ability to adapt writing style to the task at hand. Understanding of AP style is required, and understanding of SEO is a plus.

Must demonstrate a proven record of content creation and copyediting
