HR Operations Analyst (Hybrid)



A diligent job-seeker is needed for the HR Operations Analyst position with our client in Minneapolis, MN! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the HR systems meet the needs and requirements of the organization. This direct-hire opportunity offers $100k annually!



Responsibilities of the HR Operations Analyst Include:


  • Optimize Workday utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency

  • Continuously researches new capability areas within Workday

  • Identifies, recommends, and configures system functions and facilitates day to day maintenance and functionality

  • Maintains Workday security, configuration, business processes, workflows, tasks, notifications, system enhancements, and release updates

  • Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation; provides user training and hands-on support

  • Generate key reports and workforce analytics to assist in making business decisions

  • Pay and benefits administration

  • Performs other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the HR Operations Analyst Include:


  • 4+ years related work experience, including experience in HR system administration and payroll and benefit administration

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study is required

  • Experience in Workday implementations, upgrades and conversions preferred

  • Analytical, detail oriented, and understands downstream impact of configuration and business process changes

  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals

  • Adapts to change; manages competing demands and is able to deal positively with frequent change, ambiguity, delays or unexpected events

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
