HRIS Analyst



An experienced HRIS Analyst is needed to join our client in Trevose, PA! As the HRIS Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for developing and researching multiple systems within the HR department in order to meet various business needs. This direct hire opportunity offers $75k/year!



Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst Include:



  • Producing reports, dashboards, and conducting data analysis in preparation for executive-level meetings and additional reporting requirements

  • Partnering across the HR team on routine data audits to confirm accuracy in system data as well as third party data transfers

  • Effectively collaborating with teams such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Finance and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality

  • Developing, running, and reviewing biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed to support data integrity and effective and efficient HR operations

  • Creating/modifying ad hoc reports for assigned systems

  • Troubleshooting complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions, escalating issues through appropriate internal or external resources

  • Collaborating with third party providers to implement and maintain all integrations among the HR systems

  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure (SOP) to serve as tailored, on-demand, instructional guides for various processes and tasks

  • Partnering with HR, Finance, and IT teams to fulfill ongoing and ad hoc compliance requests

  • Assisting with software implementation and upgrades as necessary


Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the HRIS Analyst Include:


  • 2-4 years of HRIS experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field 

  • Experience working with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro)

  • Benefits and Payroll admin system strongly desired

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
