Research Associates


5 job-seekers with exceptional computer skills are needed for a Research Associates position in Plymouth Meeting, PA! As the Research Associate, you will primarily be responsible for researching and understanding websites and referencing materials regarding the healthcare system. You will work as part of a team and demonstrate customer service excellence. This temp-to-hire position is offering $14.30/an HR.


 


Responsibilities of the Research Associate include:



  • Researching and documenting- locating primary care physicians and dentists

  • Researching benefit plans for complex benefit offerings

  • Working as a team member to assist nurses in researching providers, eldercare, nursing homes

  • Identifying resources and options to assist members

  • Entering documentation into system concisely and accurately

  • Compiling research results into a user-friendly format for members to review and respond

Required Qualifications :
Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills –must understand web navigation and Microsoft applications (word, excel, etc)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for speaking to members, physicians’ offices, hospitals, insurance companies, healthcare facilities and for noting this in computer system for follow-up

  • Attention to detail required for tracking cases and following-up with members and providers on a timely basis

  • Must be organized and have ability to multi-task and handle multiple research cases

  • Team player – willing to learn, assist and help other team members as required

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Previous healthcare experience a plus

  • Previous computer experience required
