HR Generalist 



An experienced HR Generalist is needed to join our client in King of Prussia, PA! As the HR Generalist, you will primarily be responsible for handling a majority of the employee relations issues. This direct-hire role offers $65-80k/yr!





Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Include:

 



  • Assist Director, with employee relation issues and provide in-clinic support, including employee performance.

  • Supports all stages as needed of the employee life cycle experience in a hands-on capacity, including answering questions surrounding HR Policies.

  • Complete termination process, including exit interview with leaving team members.

  • Help plan company-wide team building events.

  • Creating new HR documents with appropriate input from the team(s) and final approval by the Director

  • Maintain HRIS and/or payroll system

  • Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as assigned.

  • FTE to Fill info, scorecard data, termination report, retention report, talent metrics, etc

  • Help put together data for presentation to various stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Employee Files Audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, child safety and payor requirements.

  • Keep up to date one new state and local regulations for adherence.

  • Answer team member questions about benefit offerings, pay or pay stubs

  • Manage Leave of Absence progress for all employees.

Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the HR Generalist Include:

 



  • 4+ years of generalist experience with a concentration in Employee Relations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.

  • SHRM certification a plus, but not required.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
